The comfortable and family-friendly 3-star IFA Alpenrose Hotel is centrally located at the entrance to Mittelberg, just a few hundred metres from the chairlift and the Walmendingerhornbahn cable car. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately:
Receptionist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival.
Looking after guests and providing information for all our international guests.
Organising a smooth stay.
Making appointments for the wellness area.
Creating invoices and managing the cash register.
Checking out and saying goodbye to guests upon departure.
Selling rooms directly to guests.
Performing administrative reception tasks, maintaining master data.
Optimal cooperation with the reception team and the other departments of the hotel.
Requirements
Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a hotel manager or motivated career changer.
Experience at the reception.
Good and confident manners and verbal expression.
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
Advanced English language skills.
Team player, outgoing, flexible and enjoys their work.
Good computer and IT skills.
Service-oriented and responsible approach to work.
Well-groomed appearance.
They enjoy working in a team and constantly improving.
They naturally enjoy working with people, working creatively and have a courteous manner.
