The comfortable and family-friendly IFA Alpenrose 3* hotel is centrally located at the entrance to Mittelberg, just a few hundred metres from the chairlift and the Walmendingerhornbahn cable car. The IFA Alpenrose Hotel facilities include a restaurant, bar, terrace, wellness area, swimming pool, fitness centre, ‘Alpini’ children's club, beach volleyball court, children's playground and a garden. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the Kleinwalsertal mountain scenery and the mountains.

We are looking for a chef (f/m/d) for our team with immediate effect.
Your tasks
• Preparing and arranging all dishes and menus within the scope of your area of responsibility
• You have knowledge of German and Austrian cuisine
• Independent work in various positions in the kitchen
• Helping to plan purchases and menus
• Proper storage and processing of all raw materials and food
• Cleanliness and adherence to hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
• You are passionate about cooking!
• You have successfully completed your vocational training as a chef and have gained initial work experience
• You have a friendly, well-groomed appearance and an open and honest personality, and you enjoy interacting with guests
• The ability to work in a team as well as independence, reliability and flexibility are important to you
• You have creativity and passion for working with fresh and regional products
• A high sense of responsibility for quality and hygiene is important to you
• You speak very good German
