The comfortable and family-friendly 3-star IFA Alpenrose Hotel is centrally located at the entrance to Mittelberg, just a few hundred metres from the chairlift and the Walmendingerhornbahn cable car. The facilities at the IFA Alpenrose Hotel include a restaurant, bar, terrace, wellness area, swimming pool, fitness centre, ‘Alpini’ children's club, beach volleyball court, children's playground and a garden. Breakfast chef (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
You create and prepare the breakfast buffet offerings.
You are responsible for ordering, receiving and checking goods.
Your responsibilities also include compliance with safety precautions and protective measures in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
You ensure that all equipment and tools used are handled, cared for and cleaned properly.
Requirements
Your profile:
You have experience in the catering industry and have completed training as a chef (m/f/d) (desirable).
You are familiar with preparing and serving food.
You speak very good German.
You have a passion for cooking and culinary diversity.
You work independently, are creative and pay attention to detail.
