On the day of arrival, the reserved room will be available from 5:00 p.m. 
However, many rooms are also available earlier.
So if you arrive earlier in Binz, just contact our reception. 

The IFA Rügen offers disability-friendly rooms. There are 2 x 2-room apartments (without balcony) and a comfort double room (also for single use). One of the 2-room apartments is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible for a wheelchair user via the lift, which is switched off in case of fire. Please note this if you have limited mobility, as the escape route is then only accessible on foot.

Please confirm the availability of such accommodation before booking!

There are plenty of parking spaces for cars on our hotel grounds (€5.00/night). 
It is therefore not necessary to reserve a parking space in advance.

Check-in: Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Enquiries and information: You can reach our telephone switchboard daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Our rooms and apartments do not have a safe.
However, you are welcome to store your valuables in the hotel safe (for a fee) at reception.

You are welcome to rent bicycles from our reception for a half or full day (for a fee).
In addition to normal adult bikes (some with child seats), we also have children's bikes in a range of sizes.
For your own safety, we recommend that you bring your own suitable bicycle helmet.

We can also store your own bicycle.
Each of our three buildings has a free bicycle storage room that you can access with your key card.
Please make sure to secure your bike well.

From May to October (weather permitting), we offer you the opportunity to rent a wicker beach chair (Strandkorb) on the beach below our hotel (for a fee).
We recommend that you reserve in good time due to the seasonal high demand.

Bath robe: You are welcome to borrow a bath robe at our reception. We charge €5.00 per stay/bath robe.
Bath towels: In the adventure pool and in the sauna, you have the option of borrowing towels for a fee (€5.00/set).
Beach towels: We do not offer towels for rent for the beach. Please bring your own bath towels for your visit to the beach.
